Brewer's Notes: The Cracker Cowboys of Florida were colonial-era settlers, often of Scots-Irish descent, who arrived in Florida when Spain traded their territory of La Florida to the English. The term Cracker in Florida usage relates to the whip these “cow hunters” used to herd cattle in Florida’s Palmetto Prairies. Called Quaqueros by the Spanish, these hardy and hard working Cracker Cowboys helped to shape the history of Florida, the nation’s oldest cattle raising state. We brew Florida Cracker White Ale with unmalted wheat, orange peel and coriander and then ferment it with a Belgian yeast strain to give it a spicy and dry finish. Perfect for a warm day on the Palmetto Prairie.

Initial nose finds traces of charcoal and roasted grain which are followed by sweeter aromas of grain mash and pipe tobacco. Entry is smoky and charred; the midpalate is oily, moderately viscous, semisweet and robust. Ends on a bacon-like note. A very well-made American pot still vodka.

An excellent value, this Speyside spirit offers fresh apple and tropical fruit aromatics. It's relatively sweet up front, showing maple and vanilla, though a citrusy note unfolds midpalate and it finishes crisp and bracing, with a faint puff of smoke. Ideal for mixing whisky highballs.

Sourced from Washington’s finest growing regions, the supple Red Blend wine has a solid, fruit-forward foundation of fresh blackberry, cassis and blueberry flavors, with hints of ripe raspberry and red cherry. Soft, approachable tannins are enhanced on the medium-bodied palate with Syrah’s notes of pepper and clove, with a mouth-filling texture. Notes of vanilla, toasted oak and brown spice linger on the Red Blend’s long finish.
