The balance in this Amarone is so beautiful with chocolate, berry, walnut and cedar character. Medium to full body, polished and silky tannins and a flavorful finish. Always in balance. Wonderful to drink now.

Distiller's Notes: Fiddler Unison (Batch 4 & the year-round version now) marries the foraged high-wheat bourbon that formed the foundation of Batches 1, 2, and 3, with our own in-house, high-malt bourbon that we distilled by hand on our traditional, double copper pot stills manufactured by Vendome Copper & Brass Works in Louisville, Kentucky.
The result is the smoothest Fiddler yet, bursting with toffee, honey, and green apple, with wonderful baking spices on the finish.

Pour this single-barrel Bourbon some time in advance to allow it to open up and reveal crème caramel aromatics while you eye the rich topaz color in the glass. Sweet and smooth, this whiskey finishes with dry espresso, dark chocolate and black-tea notes. Mix into classic cocktails.
Since stepping onto he scene in 2001, we broke the mold with our eye-catching color and premium blend of exotic fruit juices, French vodka & a touch of cognac. Now, it's time you discovered the original flavor and signature color that changed the game.

Mardi Gras Bock is the first of our seasonal brews. Abita Mardi Gras Bock is brewed with pale, pilsner and caramel malts and German Perle hops. Our bock is similar to German maibocks with its rich malt flavor and full body. A perfect choice during Carnival season in New Orleans. Gruyére, Emmental and Swiss are nice cheese choices with Bock. Great with roasted beef or pork. Try it with Mexican food, too.
