Winemaker's Notes: Opens with intense aromas of blackberry, plum and a hint of mocha. Dark fruit flavors intertwine with notes of spice, licorice and chocolate to create a magnificent, full-bodied Malbec. Round tannins and a plush mouthfeel lead the way to a long, velvety finish.
84 Points, Beverage Testing Institute:Golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of dark roasted nuts, roasted grains, clay, and hint of soy and cajeta with a silky, bright, dry light-to-medium body and a tingling, delightful, medium-long maple buttercream, latte, praline, and pepper finish. A rock solid blend with a nice nutty character.

France | Varietal Composition: Explosive blend of Mourvèdre and Carignan with Syrah and Grenache
Winemaker's Notes: It has a soft pink colour that refers to its character as a wine: with an excellent aromatic length and depth, it displays fresh, elegant and floral notes overlying aromas of pear and light red fruits (raspberry and red currant). Equally appreciated as an aperitif or throughout a meal, it expresses itself best at 9° and served as an accompaniment to grilled tuna or sea bass, paella, curried mussels or, alternatively, sweet and savoury Asian dishes such as pork with pineapple and chicken with orange.
France | Varietal Composition: Grenache, Roussanne and Marsanne
Winemaker's Notes: Juicy (yellow plum) and floral (honeysuckle). It develops lively mineral notes in mouth along with litchi, rose and grapefruit flavors. Best served at 9° with seafood and fish. A perfect companion to red mullet with olive oil.
93 Points, Beverage Testing Institute: What makes this a great summer wine also enables it to shine with richer food in the winter months - a clean, vibrant acidity cuts through pretty much anything, while the softer, gently aromatic flavours sit well alongside a variety of foods. On the nose there is a touch of almond with gentle summertime notes. Good intensity on the palate, with a nutty base overlaid with citrus, pear and mandarin. I recently tasted the 2014 vintage and it showed an evolution towards a more honeyed and aromatically complex wine. This is definitely a wine that can age gracefully. Flexible, affordable and ageable - what's not to like?

Italy | Varietal Composition: Nebbiolo
93 Points, Wine Spectator:Though firmly structured and tight now, this is dense, with ripe black currant and black cherry fruit, along with leather, tar and mineral flavors. Well-proportioned, but needs time to harmonize. Excellent length.
94 Points, Whisky Advocate: It's essentially Quarter Cask finished in oloroso sherry casks, so in addition to the intense charcoal smoke attack there are rich fruity notes; blackcurrant and berries....Big, moody, broody, fruity, and rich: what's not to love?
96 Points, Ultimate Spirits Challenge; 96 Points, Beverage Testing Institute:Rich, attractive, roasted herbal aromas of toasted focaccia, smoked nuts, fruitcake, and hot pepper jelly with an oily, lively, fizzy, dry medium-full body and a hot, involved, very long iodine, Band-Aid, chestnut honey, and white cigar ash finish.
Gold Medal, San Francisco World Spirits Competition | Distiller's Notes: Naturally aged at least four and a half years in the cellars of France's Chateau de Cognac, DUSSE VSOP Cognac emerges as a bold, full-bodied blend that arouses the palate. On the nose, it reveals a powerful bouquet, rich in woody notes that are layered with touches of cinnamon and floral notes. Distinctively and unexpectedly smooth, with each taste, you savor hints of spices, almond and cinnamon. Subtle accents of honey and dried fruits are the finale.

The Fournier Family: Claude Fournier and his family have been making wine for 13 generations. After many years of hard work Domaine Fournier is now one of the most important estates in Sancerre. The family has worked tirelessly to produce top quality wines; combining family winemaking traditions with advanced facilities including custom made tanks and a modern winery design that incorporates hand sorting of the grapes and the use of gravity to ensure delicate treatment of the must (juice). Over the last 50 years they have grown the Fournier Estate from their father's 13 acres to 222 acres in Sancerre, Pouilly Fume and Menetou Salon.

Rioja, Spain | Varietal: Graciano
90 Points, Stephen Tanzer: Opaque ruby. Sexy, high-toned cherry and black currant aromas are complicated by notes of Indian spices and fresh rose. Smooth and seamless in texture, offering intense black and blue fruit flavors that become spicier with air. The floral element repeats on the finish, which shows excellent clarity and persistence. This wine delivers uncanny value and has the structure to age.
91+ Points, Robert Parker: The nose is open and expressive, with mostly red fruit that provides freshness, pomegranate, raspberries and red cherries along with red licorice and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is medium-bodied, with tremendous (pun intended) freshness and great persistence. Juicy and accessible, it is a real pleasure wine and true to its birthplace and variety. For an entry-level this has superb quality and an incredible price tag.
91 Points, Robert Parker:The most expensive wine is the outstanding 2012 Heredad de Candela, a 100% Mourvedre from vines planted between 1925 and 1935 at an elevation just over 2,300 feet. Aged nine months in 500-liter French oak barrels, 1,500 cases were produced. The wine is dense and medium to full-bodied with elegant blueberry and blackberry fruit, a hint of chalky minerality, and a fleshy, intense texture. Drink it over the next 3-4 years.
91 Points, Robert Parker: Cherry, strawberries, wild herbs and even hints of passion fruit emerge from the 2015 Languedoc Pic Saint Loup le Rose, and it hits the palate with medium-bodied richness, bright acidity and a clean, classy finish. This beauty has the freshness and purity to drink nicely on its own, but the complexity and depth to pair with any number of summer dishes.
97th Percentile, Ratebeer.com | Brewer's Notes: Our organic winter seasonal stems from a long tradition of needing warmth in our cold northern solstice. Lightly spiced with cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup to cradle in your hands and warm your hearts. This estate cider has the aroma of fresh baked apple pie. Its deep character proves just as excellent when gently mulled.

94 Points, James Suckling:This is like a top Napa cabernet with full body, dusty tannins plus chocolate, bark, and black currant. Very long and rich. Racy and beautiful. Will age beautifully. Believe the wine at this price. Drink or hold.
Recommended by Matt, Wine Lead @Habersham St.; 90 Points, Habersham Tasting Panel | Winemaker's Notes: Eye: light pink with fine bubbles. Nose: aromatic on the nose with hints of strawberry and citrus. Palate: refreshing and clean on the palate with vibrant entry and soft finish; fruit-driven hints of berries and lemon.
The Winery: Winegrowing in France is most often a family operation in vineyards and winery, frequently continuing for several generations. Veuve Devienne ("the Widow Devienne") gave her family name to a traditional sparkling wine - a classic Rosé cuvee - after many years of growing white grapes for the production of premium table wines. When requests were received for rose, she answered with a fine, dark pink cuvee. Although much of the family history has been lost over time, the sparkling wine has remained true to its origins: a rigorous selection of grapes; slow secondary fermentation (while those delightful bubbles are created); and bottling in a traditional style.
Recommended by James, Product Research; 91 Points, Habersham Tasting Panel | Winemaker's Notes: A bold, rich Cabernet with aromas of cassis, black cherry, mint and violet combine with a bouquet of pungent oak, anise and warm vanilla. California | 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Petite Sirah, 16% Syrah, 11% Merlot, 3% Zinfandel, 2% other reds | Aged 100% in New French Oak
91 Points, Natalie Maclean | Lots of smokey campfire goodness on the nose and palate of this full-bodied Californian Cabernet from toasty oak aging. Aromas of mocha, black plum and vanilla spice. Pair with a juicy steak or gourmet hamburgers.
Winemaker's Notes: Carménère was once a part of many Bordeaux blends and was transplanted to Chile in the 1800s. Today, Chile is one of the only countries to produce Carmenere, a late-ripening grape with deep color and a rich, soft texture. Primus Carmenere has dark chocolate, plum and black pepper flavors. It is distinctively smooth and velvety with a long finish.
94 Points, Robert Parker:The 2012 Malbec Jamilla's Vineyard is a subtle Malbec from a vineyard in Perdriel. It is a little closed and is a wine you need to coax. It has a mineral profile, and ends very tasty with that tactile feeling akin to licking stones that leaves a somewhat salty sensation. The nose is very subtle, a little shy, and slowly opens up and reveals a serious, dare I say mineral, stony profile, where the nose takes you to the gravels found on the soils. Lovely Perdriel, more about the place than the grape.
91 Points, Robert Parker: 70% Monastrell, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon | A fabulous value from Patrick Mata, the 2012 Gordo is a blend of 70% Monastrell and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon from an organic vineyard planted in 1970. Aged three months in French oak, it showcases the brilliant quality of the Mourvedre grape from this sunny appellation. The wine boasts an opaque ruby/purple color along with notes of lead pencil shavings, blackberries, black raspberries and a hint of blueberries. The sensational fruit characteristics are pure as well as vivid....
90 Points, Habersham Tasting Panel | Winemaker's Notes: Color: Deep ruby red with purple overtones | Aroma: Intense aromas of black cherry, prunes and vanilla with notes of mint and Modenese Balsamic. Taste: Fruity and fragrant. Full-bodied with flavors of dark cherries, blackberries, and blueberries. A long and persistent finish with silky tannins and lingering vanilla notes.
