99th Percentile, Ratebeer.com | Brewer's Notes: Vanilla, coconut, tangerine and a hint of dill all vie for attention on the nose of this unique oak-aged IPA. Jai Alai's familiar caramel malt character and clementine-like hop flavors are both complimented by drying, oaky tannins and a pronounced vanillin quality with each sip.
98th Percentile, Ratebeer.com: A new Pale Ale where hops run the show. Originating from an employee-only home brew contest, this award-winning hoppy pale ale is named after the tiny local fish known for late night frolics on shore. A pair of new hop varieties lend strong yet balanced summer melon aromas and herbal flavors, while a soft caramel malt sweetness holds it all together.
To create a nuanced mead, we have added various spices to our normal mead. These spices creates a slightly spicy, aromatic, sweet and semi-dry mead, which is reminiscent of sherry. Based on a Danish 1700 century recipe.
Dressed to get pressed at the fest, El Dank took one whiff of his stash of Simcoe, Mosaic and Waimea hops and dove straight in. Feeling no pain with lots to gain, El D saddled up next to a big bodied mahogany/red beauty of an ale looking to mingle a blast of his stash of tropical citrus aromas with her big bodacious sweet maltified booty. Overindulging as always, Danko peaked at 7.6% ABV, causing him to spin with the spinners ’til he spun out and was left face up in the field. Eyes open but case closed.
Brewer's Notes: Hollows & Fentimans is a delightfully sparkling mixture of pear juice and ginger. Naturally cloudy and pale in appearance. Look for the gentle heat from the ginger and a warm aftertaste which is rounded off with the fruitiness from the pear juice to create a full bodied flavor. Warming in the colder months, but at the same time refreshing over ice with a wedge of lime during the summer! Enjoy

86 Points, Beer Advocate | Brewer's Notes: This beer, inspired by the flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine, is a twist on the classic Belgian witbier style. Instead of the traditional coriander and orange peel spicing regimen, we add fresh lemongrass, ginger root, and a dash of Sorachi Ace hops. The result is a wonderfully refreshing ale with notes of lemon candy, citrus fruit, and a slight spiciness from the ginger. Best served at 45˚F in a tulip or wine glass.

Featured, Beer Guys Radio: We tried this one in the studio and I didn’t get much of the tart character. I’ll chalk that up to palate fatigue as my second can gave a very nice and light tartness coupled with tart sour citrus. This one nails that juicy buzzword that’s sooo cool these days, lots of juicy blood orange in Citrus Breeze. The finish is dry and pleasant. Overall this is a great beer and one of my favorites from Coastal Empire. This would be a great beer to enjoy with a meal. The citrus notes are pleasant and the dry, tart finish leaves your palate squeaky clean after each sip.
99th Percentile, Ratebeer.com | Brewer's Notes: An intense bouquet of tangerine and candied orange peel entice the nose while flavors of clementines, Valencia orange and subtle caramel provide counterpoint to an assertive bitterness and rich malt character. Bold hop flavor and aroma from six different hop varietals is front and center in this flavorful American IPA
89 Points, Beer Advocate | Brewer's Notes: Halos often signify enlightenment, harmony, and majesty, sentiments that all come to mind when contemplating this rich and complex beer. Crested atop this imperial stout is a radiant crown of juicy raspberries offering pronounced fruitiness and acidity to balance the beer’s formidable body. Heavy, indeed, is the head that wears the halo.
Gold Medal, Great American Beer Festival 2010 | Brewer's Notes: This version of our traditional west coast style IPA has been juiced up with rosemary. In addition to its normal doses of Centennial, Citra and Chinook hops, this Swamp Fox has essentially been "dry-hopped" again with fresh rosemary. The assertive citrus hoppy-ness of the IPA is complimented nicely by a blast of piney, aromatic rosemary which tastes just like it smells.
Brewer's Notes: Brewed with PEACHES, pilsen, wheat, and 2-row malted barley, with a dash of German Hallertau hops, Red Hare's "Ain't That a Peach" ale delivers a refreshing experience like the wind in your hair on a vintage Fokker D.II biplane! The fresh peach aroma hits your nose, followed by awesome tartness with your first sip.
Lactobacillus added in the kettle creates just the right amount of lactic acid tartness to blend magically with the sweet peaches. You'll love this beer as it takes your taste buds somewhere between a sour gummy candy, and your Momma's sweet tea!
Distiller's Notes: Ghost Coast Distillery embraces SavannahÍs spirited and storied history _ one of indulgence, light-hearted mischief, and jubilation. In 1734, General Oglethorpe banned liquor for 21 long years. In 1755, the floodgate was opened with fanfare and the citizens of Savannah have embraced free flowing spirits in the parks and on the streets ever since.
261 years later, Ghost Coast Distillery brings you Vodka 261. Made from Corn and Wheat, multi-distilled for smoothness and triple filtered, Vodka 261 is perfect in any vodka cocktail.

A blend of four American hop varieties is added four times in the kettle and twice in the fermentor for a complex and layered hop experience.
Brewer's Notes: This is our interpretation of Gose (pronounced "Gose-uh"), a traditional German-style sour wheat beer brewed with coriander and salt. Once nearly extinct, this very refreshing style is making a comeback.
Brewer's Notes: Brightness & complexity come from citrus zest, Portuguese sea salt & lemongrass. A creative collaboration between Wild Heaven brewmaster Eric Johnson and renowned mixologist Paul Calvert.

Aromas and flavors of mocha gelato and chocolate cherry nut fudge with a satiny, vibrant, fruity medium-to-full body and a tingling, elegant, long rich brown and pickling spices, cola, caramelized nuts and fruits, and sandalwood incense finish. A rich, flavorful, and surprisingly smooth (given its proof) whiskey.

Lyric Ale is an ode to this profound beauty, which guides everything we do. We use a blend of hops from three continents and our house saison yeast to strike this harmonic balance of fruit and spice.

Lemongrass herbs were added for a refreshing twist and exotic aroma. The light malt bill lets the piney, grassy, lemony notes shine. Light in body with bright citrus notes, this is an extremely complex but very easy drinking brew.
