Brewer's Notes: Above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements the touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth.

Very Good, Beer Advocate
Brewer's Notes: Sympathy Weight is a classic wee heavy scotch ale aged in maple bourbon barrels. With aromas of chocolate and raspberry on the nose, this 12% ABV ale has a smooth mouthfeel. The sweetness of the maple syrup balances the smokiness of the malts, resulting in a sultry, layered ale.

Brewer's Notes: Don’t sleep on Ante Meridiem. Our massive (13.5% ABV) Imperial brown ale is aged in Georgia’s own ASW Distillery bourbon barrels. We add locally roasted coffee from Batdorf and Bronson, Ugandan vanilla beans and maple syrup. The result is a boozy, sweet, satisfying drink that works well with chocolatey desserts, ice cream, or a Connecticut-leaf cigar.

Brewer's Notes: Don de Dieu (Gift of God) was the name of the ship that Samuel de Champlain sailed on his mission to “explore and discover the vast and perilous land of America” in the name of the King of France. His travels led to the founding of Quebec City in 1608.
Inspired by this great adventure, Unibroue created Don de Dieu—an abbey-style triple wheat beer refermented in the bottle. Soft and round, it has delicately nuanced fruity and hoppy notes.
